Responsibilities: Receiving, inspecting, and recording pharmaceutical supplies delivered to the pharmacy. Proper arrangement ofmedicationsand consumablesusing theFirst-Expiry, First-Out (FEFO) principle. Assisting in attending to patients courteously and professionally. Proper handling and disposal of pharmaceutical waste. Maintaining accurate pharmacy records and documentation. Ensuring all medications are stored according to manufacturer and regulatory requirements. Assisting in the preparation of pharmacy reports as required. Monitoring medication stock levels and reporting low-stock items promptly. Assisting the Pharmacist in preparing and dispensing prescribed medications accurately. Adherence to all regulatory guidelines (NAFDAC, PCN,e.t.c.)and hospital policies. Filing of prescriptions and other pharmacy documents appropriately. Cold-chain management. Removal of expired, damaged, or recalled medications from stock. Recording all medication transactions in the pharmacy management system. Labelling medications correctly according to prescriptions and hospital procedures. Requirements: Valid Pharmacy Technician Practicing Licence issued by the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN). Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 – 3 years' experience: in a hospital or community pharmacy.
