Set up operating and quality standards, production processes and ensure implementation. Work with production engineers to fix machine errors or mold defects. Supervise the entire workflow of factory operations ensuring they meet their deliverables. Work with production and maintenance team to draw up production planning and schedules according to demand & inventory level. Ensure scheduled maintenance of all machinery forestalling breakdowns Maintain clear records of test results, inspections, and customer complaints. Ensure that production unit achieves the company's production goals and targets. Update quality control procedures to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Analyze defect data to find the root cause of manufacturing issues. Ensure products meet industry standards and consumer safety laws. Oversee the efficiency and effectiveness of operations in the factory. Determine necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.) required Ensure comprehensive and transparent inventory management procedures Supervise and evaluate performance of all factory personnel, identify training needs and execute them. Monitor the rotational molding or injection molding process for defects. Qualifications B.Eng/HND in Engineering or Natural Sciences and related courses. Requirements: Must not be more than 55 years of age Minimum of 15 years senior management work experience: preferably from a plastics and cable manufacturing company.
