The role requires strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, Microsoft Excel, and software skills, with the ability to coordinate people and manage project activities effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating team members, monitoring performance, ensuring quality and timely delivery, and maintaining accurate project records. Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and coordinate project team members to achieve assigned objectives. Ensure project activities are carried out in line with approved procedures and quality standards. Use relevant software and digital tools for project tracking, reporting, and documentation. Review project data, reports, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepare and submit regular project status and performance reports. Escalate significant project challenges, delays, or performance issues to management. Identify project issues and coordinate appropriate corrective actions. Ensure effective communication between team members and project management. Monitor team performance and provide guidance, support, and feedback where required. Monitor attendance, productivity, and compliance with project requirements. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of project activities.
