Forward booking/traveling reschedule requestto the concerned unit. Announce arrival and departureinformation using the public address system. Serve guests by providing service information related to traveling schedule, fare and payment. Promote goodwill by being courteous, friendly and helpful to guests, managers and fellow employees. Sell bus tickets at GIGM terminals to walk-in guest. Assist in guest luggage check-in. Promote the online booking, app downloads and other products and services of the company to customers. Make and/or change travel reservations for walk-in guests using the online booking system. Ensure customer complaints and emergency concerns are escalated to the appropriate quarters.
