This individual will play a pivotal role in creating engaging and high-quality content to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost sales. Responsibilities Produce high-quality photo, video, and written content for social media platforms, website, and marketing campaigns. Design visually appealing graphics and promotional materials. Create product-focused content that highlights features, benefits, and customer use cases. Develop and manage the content calendar for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest. Post, engage, and respond to comments/messages to foster community growth. Identify trends and adapt content to stay relevant. Work with the marketing team to align content strategies with overall brand objectives. Partner with influencers and brand ambassadors to develop co-branded content. Track the performance of content using analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach. Craft compelling narratives that connect emotionally with the target audience. Develop blog posts, email newsletters, and product descriptions that align with the brand voice. Stay updated with trends in shapewear, fashion, and digital marketing. Experiment with innovative content formats and strategies. Person Specification Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or other digital marketing qualifications with 1-2 years experience. Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, and graphic design work. Proficiency in design and editing tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva. Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills. Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and TikTok Analytics. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
