A leading multinational manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major greenfield factory project in Abuja, Nigeria. This is a high-impact senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished project professional with proven experience: managing complex industrial or manufacturing projects from inception through execution and completion. Key Responsibilities: Lead the overall planning, coordination and execution of the project. Own project timelines, budgets and delivery milestones. Manage engineering/design teams, contractors, vendors and suppliers. Coordinate construction, installation and commissioning activities. Conduct project/site meetings and monitor project progress. Manage project risks and ensure timely mitigation. Ensure compliance with quality and HSE requirements. Provide regular project reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders. Drive successful project completion within agreed timelines and budget. Requirements: First Degree in Engineering, Science or a related discipline. Minimum of 17 years of professional experience. At least 7 years of relevant experience: in manufacturing. Proven end-to-end project management experience. Strong experience: managing contractors, vendors and engineering partners. Experience: in manufacturing operations, particularly production and maintenance. Experience: with greenfield/brownfield factory, plant or industrial projects is highly desirable. Experience: in can manufacturing/factory setup is an added advantage. Strong candidates from Oil & Gas/EPC and other complex industrial project environments may also be considered.
