The Quality Control Officer is responsible for checking and verifying the quality of all goods received, stored, and dispatched from the warehouse. The role ensures that products meet the company’s standards before they are moved into inventory or delivered to customers. Job Functions / Detailing Ensure proper storage of products according to company guidelines. Inspect all incoming goods to ensure they meet quality and quantity specifications. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the warehouse supervisor. Conduct routine quality checks on items in the warehouse. Ensure compliance with safety and warehouse procedures Maintain quality control records and update inspection logs. Verify that outgoing orders are accurate and meet quality standards before dispatch. Check packaging, labels, expiry dates, and product conditions. Work with warehouse staff to correct quality issues quickly. Requirements: Good communication and reporting skills. Strong attention to detail. Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
