The ideal candidate should understand fashion, lifestyle content, Instagram, TikTok and short-form video creation. They should be creative, trend-aware and comfortable filming, photographing and editing content within the store and during fashion shoots. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Create high-quality fashion and lifestyle content for Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms. Create behind-the-scenes content. Develop creative concepts that reflect the brand’s identity . Film and edit short-form videos, including Reels and TikToks. Photograph new products, customers, models and store displays. Produce engaging Stories on a regular basis. Create content around new collections, launches and promotions. Social media management: Create and maintain a monthly content calendar. Manage the brand’s social media accounts. Schedule and publish posts consistently. Use appropriate hashtags, trends, sounds and social media features. Monitor comments, messages and mentions. Write engaging captions that match the brand voice. Respond to customer enquiries professionally or direct them to the appropriate team member. Growth and Engagement: Develop strategies to increase followers and engagement. Identify relevant fashion and lifestyle trends. Identify collaboration opportunities with influencers, stylists and content creators. Engage with followers and potential customers. Create content designed to generate enquiries and sales. Support influencer campaigns and partnerships. Marketing and Sales Support: Support online sales by creating engaging product-focused content. Create content for promotions, events and store launches. Work with the store team to highlight bestselling products. Promote new collections, products and sales campaigns. Help convert social media enquiries into store visits or purchases. Analystics & Reporting: Provide regular reports and recommendations.
