We are seeking a smart, proactive, and highly organized Office Assistant, a malewho resides in festac town, lagosto the Director to provide administrative and personal support to the Director. Key Responsibilities: Prepare meeting materials, reports, correspondence, and presentations. Manage the Director's daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and reminders. Ensure early arrival at venues to support event coordination and logistics. Follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion. Coordinate travel arrangements, transportation, and event logistics. Accompany and escort the Director to official meetings, events, and other engagements when required. Maintain a professional office environment. Perform any other duties assigned by the Director. Receive and screen phone calls, emails, and visitors on behalf of the Director. Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents. Run official errands as assigned. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Provide administr ative and clerical support to the Director. Qualifications Must reside in Festac Town or its immediate environs. 2–3 years' experience: in an administrative, executive assistant, or office support role. Minimum of OND from a recognized institution. Preferred Candidate: Able to work flexible hours when required. Comfortable accompanying the Director on official assignments. Physically fit and energetic. Young Male. Required Skills & Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
