WDCL is the sole representative of various overseas companies in the fields of Information Technology, Telecommunications, Mechanical Engineering and Electrical/Electronic Engineering. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Field Operations Supervision Services Personnel Location: Rumuanoh, Rivers Start Date: 1st October 2026 Gender: Male/Female. Roles and Responsibilities: The field operations supervisor will be responsible for the following: Liaise with maintenance for PM and CM execution as scheduled. Gather daily production data, determine the production performance. Serves as PTW signatory Start-up wells and facilities (hot and cold start). Report and close out UA/UC Execute daily communication and Shift handover. Collaborate with other disciplines to execute planned activities. Carryout Servicing Of Xmas Trees Apply the HSSE policy, legislation applicable to crude oil transfer and export. Ensure optimized chemical injection rates are followed as advised. Supervise preparation of equipment for maintenance including isolation, draining, steaming, and other procedures as required. Perform monthly well test and sampling of producing wells. Adhere to plant operational procedures. Perform wellhead pressure tests. Perform periodically well integrity assurance tasks and activities. Monitor, control and record production rates and performance. Perform daily first line monitoring of process parameters and variables. Apply the emergency response procedure where and when necessary. Integrity Checks (First) And Repair (Second) Line Maintenance Of Wellhead Prepare the wells and facilities/equipment for (re) commencement of production/processing. Perform basic troubleshooting on wells and facilities to ensure stability. Work Cycle / Conditions: The successful candidate will manage own absences with his/her employer for suitable qualified covers.Personnel may be required to work extended hours as need may arises. However, you may be required to attend training or other official assignments in IA Port Harcout or other locations, as shall be required. Work cycle is 3-weeks on-site and 3-weeks time-off schedule, but personnel may be required to work extended hours occasionally as may be required. The work location is land-based. The job activity period is daily on 12-hour (7am to7pm) routine over a 21-day period. Requirements: Work Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years in Oil and gas industry, preferably in Renaissance Africa Energy Company Limited or former SPDC Age: N/A Minimum Academics: OND / HND / BSc / B.Tech / Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering Professional certifications: Not Applicable Skills (Added advantage): Self-Motivated and performs under minimal supervision Demonstrate Understanding of well control, hazard identification and barriers theory for safe Demonstration of a full knowledge of wellhead systems, maintenance & integrity management (installation, completion and testing of various components and seals) Excellent verbal and oral communication skills Well intervention Experience: in oil wellhead operations and troubleshooting skills. Problem-solving and good analytical skills. Sub-Surface Equipment Maintenance and Servicing Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) Well head operations.
