Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Senior level Experience: Length: 5 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Financial Management & Reporting: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Monitor cash flow, profitability, and cost efficiency across the firm. Ensure adherence to IFRS and internal financial controls. Regulatory Compliance & Governance: Ensure full compliance with regulations set by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Liaise with regulators on filings, reporting obligations, and audits. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SEC rules, guidelines, and market developments. Support the company’s licensing, registration, and ongoing compliance requirements. Analyse market trends and competitor positioning to guide strategic expansion. Risk Management & Internal Controls: Establish and maintain robust financial and operational risk controls. Monitor exposure to market, liquidity, and credit risks. Ensure strong internal audit processes and compliance culture. Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and execution. Provide financial advisory support to business units. Manage and mentor junior finance staff where applicable HNI Relationship Management: Support the management and retention of High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients through timely and accurate reporting.
