We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Officer to support and coordinate the organization’s human resources activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, performance management, staff welfare, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labour regulations. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and internal HR policies. Monitor employee engagement, welfare, and workplace concerns. Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation. Coordinate staff attendance, leave, performance appraisal, and other HR activities. Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. Support employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes. Support training and development initiatives. Requirements: At least 1 year of experience: in a supervisory or team-lead capacity is preferred. 3–5 years of relevant HR experience: within healthcare environment Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR management systems. Understanding of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality. N250,000 / month.
