The role involves identifying prospective clients, presenting the company’s products and services, following up on leads, and converting prospects into paying customers. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Marketing and Customer Service teams to maximize sales opportunities. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company sales procedures. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and after-sales engagement. Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and clients. Present and promote the company’s real estate properties and services to prospective clients. Negotiate with clients within approved company guidelines and support the completion of sales transactions. Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable properties or solutions. Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Follow up consistently with prospective clients to convert leads into sales. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Prepare and submit regular sales activity and performance reports. Keep up to date with property market trends, pricing, competitors, and available properties. Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, property tours, and other promotional activities. Represent the company professionally and uphold its brand image at all times. Conduct property inspections and client presentations when required. Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, social media, calls, and field activities.
