The role focuses on ensuring efficient order fulfillment, delivery performance and tracking, logistics partner management, and operational reporting. Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Mid level Experience: Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Logistics Operations Management: Monitor daily order fulfilment and shipment activities across the marketplace. Track delivery performance and ensure timely resolution of logistics-related issues. Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure service level expectations are met. Escalate and follow up on delayed, failed, or exceptional deliveries. Maintain accurate logistics records, documentation, and operational trackers. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse logistics performance data and identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Prepare weekly and monthly logistics performance reports. Track key operational metrics including delivery success rate, fulfilment timelines, return rates, and order accuracy. Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks for logistics performance monitoring. Provide recommendations for operational efficiency improvements. Designer, Customer, and Logistics Partners Management: Source and recommend reliable logistics service providers. Support the onboarding and management of logistics service providers. Monitor partner performance against agreed service levels. Assist in conducting periodic logistics partner reviews. Ensure logistics partners comply with operational requirements: and policies. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies within logistics workflows and recommend solutions. Collaborate with Technology and Operations teams to improve logistics systems and processes. Support the implementation of new logistics initiatives and operational projects. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the supply chain and fulfilment process. Customer Experience: Support: Work closely with the Customer Experience: team on logistics-related escalations. Investigate delivery complaints and provide root-cause analysis. Ensure logistics issues are tracked, resolved, and communicated effectively to stakeholders. Support initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and delivery experience. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 3-4 years of experience: in logistics, supply chain, fulfillment, operations, or related data analysis roles.
