Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Mid level Experience: Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Logistics Operations Management: Monitor daily order fulfilment and shipment activities across the marketplace. Track delivery performance and ensure timely resolution of logistics-related issues. Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure service level expectations are met. Escalate and follow up on delayed, failed, or exceptional deliveries. Maintain accurate logistics records, documentation, and operational trackers. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse logistics performance data and identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Prepare weekly and monthly logistics performance reports. Track key operational metrics including delivery success rate, fulfilment timelines, return rates, and order accuracy. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies within logistics workflows and recommend solutions. Collaborate with Technology and Operations teams to improve logistics systems and processes. Support the implementation of new logistics initiatives and operational projects. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the supply chain and fulfilment process. Customer Experience: Support: Work closely with the Customer Experience: team on logistics-related escalations. Investigate delivery complaints and provide root-cause analysis.
