We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Facility Supervisor Location: Lagos Job Summary The successful candidate will coordinate facility operations, supervise technical and support personnel, monitor service providers, ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues, and maintain high standards of service delivery across the assigned facility. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Facility Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, and general upkeep of assigned facilities. Key Responsibilities: Escalate major technical, operational, safety, or client-related issues to the Facility Manager. Supervise technicians, cleaners, artisans, and other facility support personnel. Respond to complaints and requests from clients, occupants, tenants, or other facility users and ensure timely resolution. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, incidents, inspections, and facility assets. Monitor the use of facility resources and identify opportunities for cost control and improved operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and facility management policies and procedures. Ensure that cleaning, waste management, landscaping, and other soft services are delivered to the required standards. Conduct routine inspections of the facility and identify maintenance, safety, and operational issues. Monitor the performance of contractors and service providers and ensure compliance with agreed service standards. Carry out any other duties assigned by the Facility Manager or Management. Support audits, facility assessments, emergency drills, and other operational activities. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly facility management reports as required. Monitor the condition and functionality of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, and other building systems. Supervise the day-to-day operations and maintenance of assigned facilities. Ensure prompt reporting and resolution of facility faults, breakdowns, and other operational issues. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Requirements: Strong organisational, communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience: in facility management, building operations, maintenance, or a similar role. Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Technology, Estate Management, or a related field. Good knowledge of health, safety, and environmental requirements. Ability to coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience: supervising technical and support teams.
