The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure the effective deployment, maintenance, and performance of the HRMS platform. Key Responsibilities: Prepare periodic reports on system performance, user issues, and implementation progress. Ensure data integrity, system accuracy, and compliance with organizational policies. Monitor and track the performance of the HRMS application across all business units. Conduct user training and provide technical guidance on HRMS functionalities where required. Gather user requirements: and provide recommendations for system improvements. Liaise with the HRMS service provider to ensure successful implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of the application. Coordinate with business units to resolve HRMS-related issues and provide ongoing system support. Requirements: Experience: working with HRMS vendors and coordinating system implementations. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Strong communication and project coordination abilities. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Minimum of 5 years' experience: managing or implementing an HRMS solution.
