The Plant HR Business Partner will lead the delivery of end-to-end HR solutions at the plant level, ensuring alignment with corporate HR strategies while addressing the unique demands of plant operations. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Drive change management initiatives. Oversee learning and development interventions. Monitor HR metrics and analytics to improve productivity. Manage employee relations and industrial relations issues, ensuring compliance with labour regulations. Lead performance management processes including goal setting and reviews. Drive the implementation of HR policies, frameworks, and programs in alignment with corporate HR directives. Support plant operations through effective manpower planning, recruitment, and deployment of skilled talent. Ensure compliance with statutory labour laws and HR governance standards. Act as a strategic HR partner to Plant Management, providing guidance on workforce planning, organisational design, and people strategy. Requirements: Plant or manufacturing operations experience: is required. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or any of the Social Sciences disciplines. Minimum of 15 years progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years at Head of Department level. Must be a Chartered HR practitioner (CIPMN/SHRM/CIPD). Additional degree/qualification in Engineering or any related field is an added advantage, Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High integrity and professionalism.
