The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow their technical skills while taking increasing responsibility for the company's IT infrastructure. We are looking for an IT Network & System Administrator at Smartflow Technologies Limited to support the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and security of our company's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should be practical, reliable, and able to troubleshoot network and system issues while ensuring employees have the connectivity and access they need to work effectively. Responsibilities: Liaise with internet service providers and other IT vendors when necessary. Perform routine system updates, backups, and basic security checks. Provide technical support to users and escalate complex issues when required. Coordinate with the OHS coordinator and investigate all reported incidents (near-misses and accidents). Manage and maintain the company's network, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, IP cameras, and related equipment. Maintain an up-to-date inventory and basic documentation of IT equipment and infrastructure. Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, operating systems, and other IT infrastructure. Support employee onboarding and offboarding by setting up and disabling IT access. Monitor network and system performance and resolve issues promptly. Manage user accounts, access rights, email, and other IT services. Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and system-related problems. Requirements: Good problem-solving and communication skills. Good understanding of basic networking concepts such as IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and VPNs. Good knowledge of Windows and/or Linux systems. B.Sc. / HND qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 2–4 years of relevant experience: in IT support, network administration, or systems administration. Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft certifications are an advantage but not mandatory. Practical experience: troubleshooting computers, networks, and common IT issues.
