To own and manage relationships with a large territory of Mid-Market clients’ accounts as a full sales cycle seller. To drive sales/upsell/cross-sell in a comprehensive selling motion, across all Visa products and solutions, which includes virtual engagement and system touchpoints. The Digital Sales Representative (DSR) will be responsible for the following duties: Maintains industry trend knowledge and government regulations that may affect assigned territory. Participates in client communications, and develops and delivers client presentations using phone, video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and webcasts. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Applies knowledge of how Visa products and offerings are used to enable business goals or overcome business challenges to sell Visa products and offerings and maintain customer relationships and achieve sales targets. Forecasts sales and has knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact through the procurement process, ensuring sales tools are utilized appropriately and maintained regularly. Manages current accounts, identifies new account opportunities, maintains account plans, creates presentation materials that are applicable to all levels of the client organization. Collaborate with digital sales team to develop new business strategies and tactics. Participate in ongoing digital sales trainings. Qualifications Prior experience: in a full-cycle sales role, or related field with a focus on direct client sales. 1-2 years of sales relevant experience: with a Bachelor’s Degree. Strong ability to communicate basic concepts and exchange ideas and account information clearly and concisely. Basic understanding of digital sales tools such as Microsoft Dynamics. Fluent in English. Strong proficiency in a second language French is highly preferred. Knowledge of the payments industry preferred.
