We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Technical Solution Specialist (Renewable Energy) Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The Solution Supervisor is responsible for leading the development of technical and commercial renewable energy solutions for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) customers. The successful candidate will ensure that all proposed solutions are technically sound, commercially competitive, and aligned with customer requirements. The role involves supervising the Solutions team, conducting site assessments, designing solar and energy storage systems, preparing technical proposals, and supporting the Business Development team throughout the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain design templates, technical standards, and solution documentation. Review the technical feasibility and commercial viability of proposed projects. Review and approve technical documentation before customer submission. Ensure all designs comply with relevant engineering standards, safety regulations, and company design guidelines. Review customer requirements: and develop customized solar PV and energy storage solutions for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) clients. Provide technical support throughout the sales process, including responding to customer technical inquiries and tender requirements. Conduct site assessments, energy audits, and load analysis to determine optimal system configurations. Mentor and support Solution Engineers in system design, product selection, and proposal preparation. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Solutions team to ensure timely delivery of technical proposals. Prepare technical reports and provide regular updates on team performance and project status. Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Project Delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution after contract award. Qualifications Experience: designing Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar PV and battery energy storage systems is highly preferred. Minimum of 4–6 years of experience: in solar system design, pre-sales engineering, or renewable energy solutions. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. At least 2 years of experience: in a supervisory or team lead role. Professional certification in Solar PV Design or Renewable Energy is an added advantage.
