Interested applicants must have basic understanding of risk management concepts (Operational, financial and compliance risk) ethical standards, keen analytical and critical thinking skills, and the ability to communicate effectively while mitigating organizational risks. Key Responsibilities: Assisting in preparing risk reports, dashboards, and analyses for management decision-making. Assisting in designing and executing internal controls and process improvements. Understudying managers/supervisors in the risk management and compliance team to develop both technical and soft skills. Learning how to monitor compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. Learning to identify, assess, and mitigate operational and financial risks across the organization. Assisting in the development and implementation of risk management policies and frameworks. Conducting risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities in business processes. Supporting incident investigations and recommending corrective actions. Learning to evaluate emerging risks and developing proactive mitigation strategies. Learning to use risk management software and tools to track, report, and analyze risks. Requirements: High work ethic, personal and professional integrity, positive attitude, and passion for excellence. Experience: with risk management, compliance, and internal control software is an advantage. Self-starter, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Minimum graduating GPA of second class upper / upper credit. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Student membership of professional bodies such as ICAN, ACCA, CFA, or IRM is an added advantage. Age limit: 27 years. Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. A Bachelor’s Degree / Higher National Diploma in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
