Read more about this company Field Officer (Abattoir Operations) Job Type Full Time Qualification Experience Location Sokoto Job Field Administration / Facilities Job Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the abattoir to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Visit multiple field locations daily. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Identify and develop reliable suppliers. Gather market intelligence and report findings. Follow up consistently with existing contacts. Identify business opportunities and facilitate transactions. Submit daily operational reports. Expand supplier networks within assigned territories. Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and efficiency. Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Fluency in local languages such as Hausa is mandatory). Must be comfortable working in livestock markets, abattoirs/slaughter houses, agricultural environments and outdoor field locations. Must be physically fit and willing to move between multiple locations daily. Must be willing to work with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comply with the company's reporting requirements.
