We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Oil & Gas Servicing) to lead the end-to-end execution of field servicing contracts, brownfield/greenfield modifications, equipment installation, and engineering/procurement packages for upstream and midstream assets. You will drive project delivery from bidding and mobilization through procurement, fabrication, offshore/onshore site installation, pre-commissioning This role requires a hands-on leader capable of coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams, subcontractors, marine logistics, and OEM vendors while ensuring strict compliance with regulations, requirements, and client HSE standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Ensure project deliverables meet agreed technical, operational and quality requirements. Coordinate project activities across internal teams, contractors, consultants and vendors. Lead projects from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, handover and close-out. Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, milestones and deliverables. Define project scope, objectives, resources and execution requirements. Budget & Resource Management: Coordinate allocation of personnel, equipment, vendors and other project resources. Track project costs against approved budgets and identify potential overruns early. Develop and monitor project budgets and expenditure. Review project-related invoices, variations and financial documentation in collaboration with Finance. Project Monitoring & Reporting: Establish project KPIs and reporting mechanisms. Track progress against milestones, budgets and deliverables. Maintain accurate project documentation, decision logs, action trackers and supporting records. Prepare weekly, monthly and executive-level project reports. Escalate delays, risks and critical dependencies to management promptly. Risk, Quality & Compliance: Maintain project risk registers and issue logs. Ensure project execution complies with internal policies, contractual requirements: and relevant industry standards. Identify project risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans. Work closely with HSE and technical teams to ensure appropriate safety and quality requirements: are incorporated into project execution. Contractor & Stakeholder Management: Monitor contractor performance against agreed scope, timelines and service levels. Participate in project meetings, site meetings and stakeholder engagements. Manage expectations and resolve project-related issues before they affect delivery. Act as the Single Point of Contact for client project teams, participating in daily/weekly progress reviews and executive updates. Coordinate contractors, vendors, consultants and other project partners. Maintain clear communication between management, clients and project teams. Change & Documentation Management: Maintain project documentation including contracts, schedules, reports, approvals and correspondence. Conduct post-project reviews, lessons-learned workshops, and financial close-outs. Manage changes to project scope, schedule and budget through appropriate change-control processes. Secure formal client Sign-off Certificates (Milestone Completion Certificates) to enable prompt invoicing and release of retentions. Drive punch-list management and compilation of final Data Books, As-Built drawings, Inspection Certificates, and Handover Dossiers. Requirements: Excellent reporting, documentation and presentation skills. Willingness and ability to work fully on-site in Port Harcourt. Minimum 5 years of project management experience: within an oil & gas servicing company, EPCC contractor, or oilfield services vendor in Nigeria. Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration or another relevant discipline. Proficiency with relevant project management and productivity tools. Demonstrated experience: managing projects from initiation to completion. Strong risk-management and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities within demanding project environments. Experience: coordinating multidisciplinary teams, vendors and contractors. Strong stakeholder-management and negotiation skills. Strong project planning, scheduling and budget-management capabilities. Preferred: Experience: managing contractor-heavy or technically complex projects. Experience: within the oil & gas, energy, engineering, construction or industrial sectors. Knowledge of HSE requirements: and project governance within the oil & gas industry. PMP, PRINCE2 or another recognised project management certification. Registered member of COREN, NSE, or SPE. What We Are Looking For: The ideal candidate is not simply someone who can maintain a project tracker. We need someone who takes ownership of delivery, anticipates problems, manages stakeholders effectively and ensures that scope, cost, quality and timelines remain under control.
