The Junior Risk Consultant supports the delivery of enterprise risk management, internal control, governance, compliance, and business continuity consulting engagements. Job Responsibilities: Enterprise Risk Management (ERM): Develop and maintain risk registers and risk profiles. Assist in identifying, assessing, and prioritizing strategic, operational, financial, compliance, and reputational risks. Monitor emerging risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures. Support the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks for clients. Facilitate risk identification workshops and interviews under supervision. Risk Assessment and Analysis: Perform root cause analyses of key risk events. Conduct risk assessments using qualitative and quantitative methodologies Evaluate the likelihood and impact of identified risks. Assist in preparing risk heat maps, dashboards, and analytical reports. Analyze business processes to identify control gaps and vulnerabilities.
