Promote and sell the company's landed properties and real estate investment opportunities. Conduct property inspections and site visits with prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors. Follow up on enquiries and negotiate sales to successful closure. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of prospects, clients, and sales activities. Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline. Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in real estate. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong customer relationship management skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
