The Operations Manager will work closely with the Managing Director to execute business strategies and achieve operational goals. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of Youtopia Beauty, ensuring seamless coordination across retail operations, inventory management, supply chain, sales support, logistics, and customer experience. Responsibilities: Monitor sales performance and identify operational improvements to support revenue growth. Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and operational excellence. Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and customer service teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. Coordinate procurement, supplier relationships, and stock replenishment to ensure product availability. Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, conducting stock counts, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records. Lead, coach, and manage the operations and retail teams to ensure high performance and accountability. Support the Managing Director with strategic initiatives and other operational projects as required. Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational best practices. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring efficiency across retail, warehouse, and administrative functions. Prepare operational, inventory, and performance reports for the Managing Director. Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Supervise order fulfilment, logistics, and deliveries to ensure timely and accurate customer order processing. Requirements: Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, supply chain, procurement, and logistics. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Ability to analyse sales and inventory data to support business decisions. Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Minimum of 4 years' experience: in an operations management role within the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fashion, retail, or FMCG industry. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management or ERP systems.
