The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced financial services environment, managing multiple stakeholders and employee-related matters while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and strong business judgment. Key Responsibilities: Manage HR support for a workforce of 1,000+ employees across different functions and business units. Monitor employee performance and work with managers to address performance gaps and improve productivity. Partner with Recruitment and business leaders on manpower requirements: and workforce expansion. Support talent management, career development, and succession planning initiatives. Support employee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and other employee lifecycle processes. Ensure effective communication of HR policies, processes, and organizational changes to employees. Analyze HR data and workforce trends to provide insights and recommendations to management. Prepare and present HR reports, workforce analytics, and people-related insights to senior management. Support workforce planning, manpower budgeting, organizational restructuring, and succession planning. Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives across the organization. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation. Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, grievances, and workplace issues. Partner with business leaders and line managers to understand workforce needs and provide practical HR solutions. Handle other HR-related responsibilities: as assigned by the Head of HR/HR Director. Work closely with Payroll, Recruitment, Learning & Development, and other HR teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery. Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulatory requirements, and internal HR policies. Drive the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives across the business. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience: as an HR Business Partner or in a generalist HR role.
