We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and bar. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high operational standards, managing teams effectively, and driving revenue and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review operational reports, staff schedules, and performance targets. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability. Manage sales, revenue, budgets, and operational costs. Ensure responsible and efficient bar operations, including stock control and beverage quality. Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and hospitality standards. Monitor inventory, stock levels, purchasing, and wastage. Coordinate with kitchen, procurement, finance, and other departments. Identify opportunities to improve processes, service delivery, and profitability. Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and bar. Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, service, and overall guest experience. Lead, train, motivate, and manage front-of-house and bar staff. Requirements: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated experience: managing restaurant and/or bar operations.
