The role will ensure that all IT systems are secure, reliable, efficient, and aligned with the organization’s business objectives. The IT Manager will be responsible for managing the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, networks, cybersecurity, and technical support operations. Responsibilities: Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues promptly. Identify opportunities to improve IT systems, processes, and overall operational efficiency. Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and acceptable-use standards. Prepare IT reports, budgets, and recommendations for management. Manage IT vendors, service providers, software licenses, and technology contracts. Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and information security requirements. Monitor and maintain IT assets and ensure proper inventory records. Manage user accounts, access controls, permissions, and IT security measures. Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including computers, servers, networks, and communication systems. Monitor network performance and ensure reliable connectivity across the organization. Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
