The Provider Manager will support the effective management of Oceanic Health Management Limited's healthcare provider network, maintaining productive relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities: Support provider onboarding, credentialing, and documentation processes. Identify opportunities to improve provider performance and member experience. Collaborate with medical operations, claims, and customer-service teams. Monitor compliance with agreed service standards and contractual obligations. Prepare reports on provider activities, issues, and performance. Conduct provider visits and support provider engagement activities. Manage relationships with healthcare providers within the assigned territory. Monitor provider performance and service quality. Address provider concerns and coordinate appropriate resolutions. Minimum Requirements: MBBS / B.NSc. / Registered Nurse 2 years of relevant experience: in healthcare, HMO operations, or provider management will be an advantage. Required Competencies: Strong knowledge of healthcare service delivery. Ability to travel within the assigned territory when required. Excellent communication and relationship-management skills. Good negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
