We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor Location: Ikotun, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Duties and Responsibilities: Restaurant Supervisors are responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the restaurant, from food preparation to customer service. Our ideal candidate has a solid background in the restaurant industry with strong leadership skills. We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The Restaurant Supervisor’s responsibilities: include overseeing the dining room, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating kitchen activities, and maintaining health and safety standards. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs. Overseeing all front and back of the house restaurant operations Checking on customers to see if they are happy with their meal and service. Ensure that all the administrative functions are performed accurately, such as cash handling, credit card transactions, and staff scheduling Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experiences Ensuring customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally Making sure the food is prepared, presented, and stored correctly. Addressing problems and troubleshooting Reading customer feedback and finding ways to improve the restaurant. Creating work schedules for the staff. Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies when needed. Handling any customer complaints professionally. Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff Maintaining quality control for all food served Checking the kitchen to make sure it's clean and follows safety regulations.
