Lead sourcing, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management. Establish procurement policies, SOPs, and approval workflows to ensure compliance and control. Drive cost optimisation initiatives while maintaining quality and service standards. Manage supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, and periodic reviews. Oversee procurement budgeting, forecasting, and spend analysis/reporting. Mitigate supply chain risk through diversified sourcing and contingency planning Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical sourcing, and internal audit requirements.
