On-the-Ground Outreach: Execute door-to-door, market, community, and event-based awareness campaigns to onboard users onto the company's telemedicine platform. Direct Prospecting & Sales: Actively identify, engage, and pitch to individuals, pharmacies, clinics, patent medicine vendors (PMVs), and corporate clients. Reporting & Market Intelligence: Submit daily/weekly sales activity reports via smartphone apps and collect ground-level customer feedback for the business development team. Compensation & Structure Uncapped Earning Potential: Transparent commission tiers with additional performance bonuses and incentive awards for top performers. Pure Commission Model: No base salary or fixed pay; earnings are tied directly to closed sales and generated revenue. Candidate Requirements: Technical & Regional Familiarity: Smartphone literacy (for reporting apps) and strong familiarity with local territory dynamics, markets, and satellite towns. Personal Attributes: Highly self-motivated, resilient against rejection, target-driven, and capable of operating independently with minimal supervision.
