Min Qualification: HND Experience: Level: Entry level Experience: Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - Flexible Hours Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Manage staff recruitment, interviews, selection, and onboarding. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files. Monitor staff attendance, lateness, absenteeism, leave, and schedules. Prepare HR documents including appointment letters, queries, warnings, confirmations, and other staff correspondence. Implement company HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary processes. Handle employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts professionally. Monitor staff performance and coordinate appraisals and performance reviews.
