We are specialized systems integrator We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: MEP Engineer Location: Victoria Island, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Description Key Result Area 1 – Business Development Support: Achieve a detailed understanding of the Contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing plans, MEP systems interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule. Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions. Preparation of JHA, As-built documentation and SLA agreement for customers Assist the Business Proposal Management & Orders with technical inputs on quotations for our supported products on HVAC and PLUMBING systems. Ensure the Design Consultants are well managed and assist the Project Management (MEP) to prepare tender documents for MEP contracts within the bidding period Key Result Area 2- Installation & Project Management: Assist in the installation of MEP work. Monitoring project implementation towards achieving the desired design goals Assist in the scope review, budgeting and justification of MEP change work order. Direct, monitor and control the activities of MEP Subcontractor. Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between MEP Subcontractors during construction. Coordinate and administer MEP related materials, systems and shop drawings submittals. Log and post all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings. Carry out installation of HVAC systems and Plumbing Systems. Assist in the receipt and review of MEP submittals. Key Result Area 3- Third Party Management: Ensure that MEP Subcontractors provides and adheres to relevant Quality documentation/records. Ensure that MEP Subcontractors adheres to Project safety regulations. Attend to customer inquiries, identifying their needs & request etc. with a view to guide them to choose our solution in meeting their needs. Search for new products and carry out product technical presentation. Liaise with Consultant MEP supervisory Engineers, Inspectors and relevant staff. Attend to duties as assigned by MGR and DGM-SE Mechanical Engineering Companies Ensure options are available for client consideration and customer’s needs are satisfied Job Requirements: MSc. is an added advantage First Degree in Relevant Engineering course 5 years cognate experience.
