This full-time, hybrid role is based in Abuja, with a mix of on-site work and some tasks that can be completed from home as assigned. Daily responsibilities: include assisting with project coordination, tracking deliverables and timelines, updating operational documentation, and supporting internal communication between teams. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organised, proactive, pays attention to detail and enjoys making sure things get done properly and on time. We are looking for a an Operations Intern (NYSC) who can support day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow across the agency’s projects and departments. What You Will Do You will support the Operations team with: Supporting proposals, presentations and other business documents. Supporting client onboarding and documentation. Assisting with research for clients, projects and business opportunities. Tracking projects, tasks and deadlines across teams. Supporting other operational activities as required. What We're Looking For You should be: A clear and professional communicator. Detail-oriented. Good at following up and keeping things moving. Currently undergoing NYSC or available for NYSC placement. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Willing to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities. Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office or similar tools.
