What you'll do Mobilise liabilities and grow AUM across investor segments. Acquire and manage relationships with institutional and retail clients. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-value prospects. Drive upselling/cross-selling across the product suite. Prepare sales performance and market trend reports. Support strategic initiatives to strengthen competitive positioning. Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Minimum 8 years' experience: in financial services, with a strong track record in Investment/Wealth Management. Proven ability to originate and close sales/relationship opportunities with clients, prospects, and consultants. Existing relationships with local or offshore institutional mandates are a strong plus. Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship management skills. You will not be considered if You have less than 8 years of relevant financial services experience: You have no direct experience: in Investment/Wealth Management or Financial Services business development.
