This installed capacity has for sometime now become inadequate to cater for expected growth. It has strained working capital and created excessive overheads. Also the company runs a well equipped Quality Assurance Laboratory. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Documentation / Compliance Officer Location: Oregun, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Document Control: Create, review, update, and archive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), batch records, and quality manuals .Audit Management: Lead internal quality audits and prepare the facility for external NAFDAC inspections or regulatory audits. Deviation & CAPA Tracking: Log quality deviations, manage investigations, and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs). Regulatory Compliance: Ensure company operations follow NAFDAC regulations and global Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Training Coordination: Train staff on compliance policies, document control systems, and current GMP guidelines. Requirements: and Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Industrial Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related science field.
