The successful candidate will oversee our existing pig, goat, and cattle departments while driving the expansion into sheep, rams, poultry, aquaculture, and other livestock ventures. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day management of all livestock operations. Develop and manage breeding, fattening, nutrition, and herd/flock health programs. Lead the establishment and growth of new livestock units, including poultry and aquaculture. Implement vaccination, disease prevention, biosecurity, and animal welfare programs. Supervise and train farm staff to ensure high operational standards. Maintain accurate production, breeding, treatment, and inventory records. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all livestock units. Advise management on livestock expansion, productivity improvements, and best industry practices. Ensure compliance with all veterinary, animal welfare, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Experience: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) with a valid practicing license. Minimum of 5 years of practical experience: managing commercial livestock farms. Demonstrated expertise in breeding and fattening pigs, goats, cattle, sheep, and rams. Practical experience: in poultry and aquaculture production. Experience: in snail farming, rabbit farming, and grasshopper farming is an added advantage.
