Ensure strict ring-fencing of project-specific escrow accounts and audit all drawdown requirements: to unlock multi-billion Naira institutional tranches cleanly. Supply Chain & Operations Governance Champion the Afrihood Central Procurement Desk, ensuring 100% centralized sourcing of structural materials across all regional spoke projects to eradicate inflation fraud and cost variance. Maintain rigorous oversight over our active Lagos launch portfolio (Aize Court, Uresa Court, Zaphire Court) and future continental pipeline developments.
