Key Responsibilities: Lead consulting engagements and develop strategic recommendations, business cases, governance frameworks, and implementation roadmaps. Conduct business diagnostics, organisational assessments, market research, and financial analysis. Manage multiple projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. Supervise the Junior Consultant – Administrative Operations and Junior Consultant – Project Management & Delivery Coordination, ensuring effective coordination between both functions.
