Create online content and come up with flyer designs and channel them to major areas of visibility Establish relationships within the school community to explore opportunities that attract both freshers and old students. Conduct property viewings and provide thorough information to prospects, addressing their inquiries and concerns Establish collaboration with local estate agents to drive more awareness and sales Negotiate property rent and terms of contract favourable to the clients Facilitate deal closure by ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and signed Stay updated on market trends around the local area and competitive offerings to provide clients with informed advice Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management. Requirements: Minimum of an HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality or real estate marketing is preferred. However, those with good sales & marketing experience in other industries and good communication skills may also be considered.
