Bachelor’s Degree, or, OND/HND in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship skills. 1–3 years experience: in Microfinance, Cooperative Lending, or Retail Banking. Ability to work extensively in the field and meet loan disbursement and recovery targets. High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail. Responsibilities: Educate clients on loan products, interest rates, repayment schedules, and conditions. Monitor loan utilization to ensure funds are used for approved purposes. Source and onboard micro-loan clients, including traders, artisans, SMEs, and cooperatives. Conduct field visits for customer verification, business assessment, and guarantor checks. Disburse loans and monitor repayment performance. Follow up on repayments and actively manage delinquent and overdue accounts. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements. Process loan applications and recommend approvals in line with credit policy. Build strong relationships within assigned communities and markets. Salary N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
