We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: After-Sales Spare Parts Specialist Location: Lagos (Warehouse and office in Nigeria) Employment Type: Full-time Department: After-Sales Service Department (Spare Parts Center) Job Mission Monitor inventory levels, help optimize stock structure, and reduce obsolete inventory. Ensure timely supply of repair parts and data accuracy, effectively controlling parts logistics costs. Responsible for the daily operations of the spare parts center and parts support. Assist in developing spare parts demand plans; execute procurement requests, inbound inspection, warehousing, and outbound distribution. Core Responsibilities: Used Parts & Quality Control: Execute used parts return and appraisal processes; collaborate with the Technical Supervisor to determine warranty liability; track feedback on parts quality, compile batch quality issues, and report to superiors; supervise environmentally friendly disposal or destruction of scrap parts. Inventory Control & Planning: Assist in developing monthly/quarterly spare parts demand plans; monitor inventory turnover and safety stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking; participate in regular stocktaking to ensure consistency between records and physical inventory; promote the disposal of obsolete parts (e.g., substitution, discounted sales). Data Analysis & Cost Control: Generate spare parts inventory reports and analyze consumption across service outlets; calculate repair material costs and participate in developing the repair pricing system; review parts requisition documents to prevent false claims. Warehousing & Logistics: Handle inbound/outbound inspection, registration, stacking, and system data entry for spare parts; implement the FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principle; maintain warehouse temperature, humidity, and dust-proof standards to ensure parts quality; manage safety measures against fire, theft, and moisture; assist in outbound distribution and inter-branch transfers. Job Requirements: Education: & Major: Associate Degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, or related fields. Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities and cost control awareness; good communication and coordination skills and team management ability; basic reading and writing proficiency in English or local Nigerian languages. Experience: At least 3 years of experience: in warehousing or parts management; prior experience: in the home appliance industry is preferred. Proficient in ERP/WMS systems and Excel data processing. Familiar with home appliance product structures and common parts characteristics. Key Authorities: Approval: Authority to review spare parts requisitions from service outlets and control unreasonable withdrawals; authority to approve purchase requests for daily office supplies and low-value consumables. Inventory Management: Authority to reject non-conforming or incomplete-documentation parts from being stored; authority to propose disposal actions (scrap, transfer, etc.) for long-term obsolete inventory. Assessment: Authority to evaluate the performance of warehouse staff; authority to propose penalties for violations of spare parts management regulations.
