We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Service Engineer - IVD Location: Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time Purpose of the Role Service Specialist, In-Vitro Diagnostics is responsible for attending to all client’s request, complaints, enquiries on IVD Equipment in efficient and professional manner. Key Responsibilities: Clients: Provision of customer feedback and market information to appropriate sales and marketing personnel. Investigation, documentation, and resolution of customer complaints, including liaison with relevant suppliers, in a timely and professional manner. Carryout installation, breakdown, and preventative maintenance cover to clients. Provide on-site or virtual product training for end users. Provision of first line support to Clients for product information and application, including responding to telephone and email enquiries. Downtime: Understanding of issue from the first call ensuring quick resolution. As service is key to success, we need to ensure every client is catered with a respectable way. Lodging all complaints on OEM platforms and follow-up. Back up services available and monitored carefully. To ensure client gets minimum down time.
