We are looking for a Business Development & Outreach Coordinator to help us identify potential clients, start conversations with decision-makers, nurture early relationships, and generate qualified meetings for our commercial team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys research, communication, follow-up, and turning opportunities into conversations. What You'll Do Research companies and identify businesses that fit DreamLife Studios' target market. Find relevant decision-makers and build targeted prospect lists. Identify potential opportunities from company activities, campaigns, events, launches, and market developments. Reach out to prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, networking, and other relevant channels. Write clear and personalized outreach messages. Follow up consistently and professionally with prospects. Qualify initial opportunities based on business need, fit, timing, and potential. Schedule qualified meetings for the CEO and commercial team. Prepare useful background information before prospect meetings. Keep our CRM and prospect database accurate and up to date. Track conversations, follow-ups, meetings, and next actions. Prepare weekly reports on outreach activity and pipeline development. Share useful market and prospect insights with the team. Continuously improve our prospecting and outreach approach based on results. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Proactive and comfortable starting conversations with people they don't know. A strong researcher who knows how to find useful information online. Clear and professional in written and spoken communication. Persistent without being pushy. Highly organized and good at following up. Comfortable working with targets and measurable outcomes. Curious about businesses, brands, marketing, and growth. Comfortable using spreadsheets, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and CRM or prospecting tools. Able to manage several prospects and follow-ups at the same time. Resourceful and willing to figure things out independently. Open to feedback and willing to learn. Reliable, professional, and accountable. Experience: 1–3 years of experience: in business development, sales, lead generation, customer acquisition, client service, account management, partnerships, marketing, or a related field is preferred. However, we are open to candidates with less experience: who can demonstrate strong communication, research ability, initiative, and commercial potential. Experience: with CRM platforms, Apollo or similar prospecting tools, LinkedIn, spreadsheets, and other business development tools is an advantage.
