We are looking for a sharp, proactive Online Sales Manager to take charge of our e-commerce performance and digital distribution channels. In this role, you will own the entire online sales funnel—from optimizing user conversion rates and managing digital storefronts to driving customer retention and scaling strategic marketplace partnerships. You will transform online traffic into measurable commercial revenue. Key Responsibilities: Customer Journey & Retention: Ensure a seamless post-purchase experience: to maximize repeat buys, customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty. E-Commerce Strategy & Revenue Growth: Own and execute the end-to-end online sales strategy across our web store and third-party digital marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Jumia, eBay, etc.) to hit ambitious revenue targets. Promotions & Campaign Execution: Plan and implement seasonal promotions, product launches, upselling/cross-selling triggers, and email marketing sales drivers. Analytics & Performance Tracking: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and cart abandonment metrics. Funnel Optimization & Conversion (CRO): Analyze user journeys, site analytics, and buying behaviors to continuously optimize checkout flows, landing pages, and promotional strategies for higher conversion rates. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Digital Marketing, Logistics, and Inventory teams to align ad campaigns, inventory levels, and customer acquisition strategies.
