The role oversees stock movements, conducts inventory reconciliations, supports stock audits, and ensures compliance with company procedures to achieve efficient inventory management and minimize stock discrepancies. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Update inventory data and prepare inventory reports. Maintain compliance with inventory control procedures and HSE standards. Ensure proper storage and identification of materials. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records. Support internal and external stock audits. Receive, issue, and record stock movements promptly. Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliations. Ensure good housekeeping within inventory storage areas. Coordinate with warehouse, production, and dispatch teams on stock requirements. Investigate and report stock variances or discrepancies. Education: and Work Experience: Education: Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Strong understanding of inventory control principles and procedures. Experience: in stock reconciliation, auditing, and inventory reporting is required.
