Incorporated in 2007, the company specializes in brand activations, events, sales promotions, and production, helping major brands drive customer engagement and field execution We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: HR Operations Officer Job Locations: Owerri - Imo, Abia, Anambra & Delta Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and organised HR Operations Officer to manage day-to-day HR activities and employee relations across the Eastern region. The role will support recruitment, onboarding, employee management, documentation and overall workforce coordination. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day HR activities for resources across the assigned locations. Support recruitment, screening, onboarding and documentation of new resources. Monitor employee attendance, performance, conduct, welfare and probation. Handle employee queries and follow up on HR-related issues and concerns. Maintain accurate employee records and provide timely HR updates and reports. Support payroll collation by ensuring accurate employee and attendance information. Coordinate employee movements, replacements, transfers and exits. Liaise with employees, supervisors and client representatives on HR matters. Ensure compliance with company and client HR policies and processes. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree / HND in HR, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field. 1–3 years of HR experience: is preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Ability to manage multiple locations and follow up effectively. Salary N190,000 - N220,000 / month.
