This role works closely with all the business units to streamline procedures, monitor process performance, and ensure alignment with Sunhive’s Quality Management System (QMS) and industry standards. Responsibilities: Coordinate and track company-wide processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and timely execution. Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), checklists, templates, and documentation in line with project and operational needs. Facilitate communication between teams to ensure seamless workflow handover, task clarity, and process visibility. Support the implementation of Sunhive’s QMS by ensuring teams adhere to approved processes and reporting deviations when they occur. Collect and analyse process-related data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Track and follow up on action points arising from project meetings, audits, and performance reviews. Coordinate internal audits and process reviews across departments. Support onboarding by ensuring new employees understand the required processes and have access to the necessary resources. Assist in drafting and updating workflow diagrams, process maps, and process improvement proposals. Ensure proper version control and record management for all internal documents. Work with the HSE and technical teams to ensure process compliance in safety procedures, documentation, and reporting. Prepare regular process performance reports and recommend corrective or preventive actions. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the company.
